Part time to full time Administrative Assistant…$10- 16 per hour DOE.

We require a highly organized and energetic individual to perform administrative and clerical tasks common to a busy office…

You will be a key player in our multi-faceted company, and your position contributes greatly to our success.

Qualifications include:

• Veteran preferred, administrative MOS a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

• Must be highly organized, extremely reliable, and must follow-through on assigned

tasks accurately and with an attention to detail.

• Proficient in Internet usage (searching), Microsoft Word and at least basic

knowledge/capability in using MS Excel and Outlook.

• any photo editing software, and basic website maintenance are also a plus.

• Fluency in English is mandatory and la capacidad de comunicarse en español sería

muy buena, pero no requerido.

• Knowledge of QuickBooks Pro and bookkeeping is preferred but not required.

• You will be working directly with the general Partners.

Providing customer support in a friendly, outgoing manner

• Process and enter incoming sales orders (training will be provided on our system)

• Prepare freight quotes and bill of ladings for in and outbound shipments

• Maintain ACT database (training will be provided but experience is a plus)

• Assist with online marketing activities

• Prepare reports
